San Diego County Fair
Well, my mom, sister, Sarah, Brynn and I all traveled south and spent the day the day the San Diego County Fair. We had a GREAT time! Brynn ever fearless, wanted to pet every animal she saw and loved yell out “mooooooo!” and point at the cows. It was extremely cute. She went for a pony ride and I enjoyed some of finer foods offered like deep fried Oreos. Seriously. The day culminated with the real reason we came to the fair: The Doodlebops. Brynn loves the Doodlebops and so we got a chance to see them perform live. Yes DeeDee, Rooney, Moe and Bus Driver Bob were all there. June Update
Haven’t posted much as of late other than some twitter posts. So what’s going on at the Owen house? We recently returned from a week-long trip to Cancun, Mexico. We had a great time and were blessed to have my parents share the trip with all my siblings (save for Phillip who had to work) I got sick about half way through the week and and am still fighting that cold but feeling ok. Brynn had a GREAT time and has huge love for the beach and ocean. She was very upset at being indoors at any point in the trip! She would charge right into the ocean and squeal with delight, very cute. Sarah got a lovely tan and got worn out by Brynn but she did have a nice relaxing massage at the spa which I hope relaxed her a wee bit before we headed back to the reality...
