Rocktember Continues….. Butch Walker @ the Troubadour
Making good on my 3rd year anniversarry gift to Sarah we wen to see Butch Walker at the Troubadour in West Hollywood. Awesome show! The Hymns opened and we decent, followed by Charlotte Sometimes, who mark my words will be a big band by end of next summer. Very catchy fun songs. The recording on their MySpace is not very good in my opinion but they are working on a new album which hopefully will catch more of how they came across live. Of course Butch Walker was why we were there and as always did not dissappoint. He played a bunch of new songs he has been working on, my personal favorite was a new song called “Atlanta” he played it to open the set, solo on the piano. Definitely awesome. ...
