Baby Owen II Has A Name

Quick Update

Ok so I am beyond lame for not updating this sooner. Things that have happened since last post: Went to Maui for my Mom’s 50th, had a great time! Found out we are having another girl! Brynn going to have a little sister! We are very excited! We have an upcoming camping trip and I vow to be better at taking pictures so i’ll have some to post here.

A Baby Owen On The Way…. Part II The Revenge… Wait… Errrmm…

Ok so if you are only hearing about it here I apologize we must not be friends on Facebook. I am please to announce that Sarah, Brynn and I will be welcoming in a new Owen baby this October.  We are so very excited! Brynn can’t wait to meet her new baby brother or sister and we look forward to doing our part in raising the life God will be entrusting us with. I’ll be updating the site as we go. So far Sarah has been doing great but very tired, morning sickness has not been too bad so that’s a blessing. She is having to take Lovenox shots due to her blood clot she had after Brynn was born so that will be an unpleasantry she will have to endur the length of the pregnancy. First 2010 Post

Well 2010 is here, and I think much of this year will continue with the cloudiness from last year as we head through more anniversaries and holidays without Micah. We continue to cling to our faith as a means to find reason and strength to press on. This will be a year of many milestones, Sarah and I both will leave our 20′s behind and my mom will hit the half century mark. Here’s to a year where hope and God’s promise are the beacon that guides us and year to have the blessings outweigh the tragedy.

Thanksgiving Weekend Fun

Well at long last a long weekend to relax a little and do some fun stuff! On Friday we took Brynn to Troutdale where Brynn caught  not 1 but 2 trout! We had a lot of fun as evidenced by this video: We also got the chance to hang out with some great friends the Mackintosh family and the Somers family at Griffith Park where we all rode the train and the little ones got to ride ponies.
