Well I was going to wait until tomorrow to post about it but I was just (thanks Grammar Mike!) too excited. Aaron purchased himself an awesome Vespa LX150. It’s beautiful, black with tan seat. He let me take it for a spin and I was hooked. Since I was about 12 I have always wanted a Vespa, kind of a secret wish. Well being the brother I am I couldn’t let Aaron ride alone… so I bought a Vespa Granturismo 200. It’s silver and a 2007. I get to pick it up tomorrow. Can’t wait! I’ll post up some pictures tomorrow!

ha ha. It’s good times just cruising around town and the Vespa gets plenty fast as it is….we were cruising around 60+ all over the SCV yesterday with no problem. You just can’t beat to beautiful italian design either just looks like art in motion….
I fully agree with the Italian design. Ducatis are dead sexy.

I’ve been on a 125cc scooter (Aprilia Habana) for 7 years now and absolutely love it.
Okay, I ride in downtown Vienna, so a scooter is a wise decision since you can get along much faster than cars or big bikes.
But mainly it’s the hassle-less-ness (?) that I enjoy. Hop on, twist and go, hop off.
The 200cc Vespa really has a lot of power, you’ll be able to go above the speed limit if you wish, and take it on long tours too.
