House update
Well it has been a really long time since I have posted anything about the house (like really long considering the last post was when escrow closed…) So what have we done?
- Painted. Everything. Seriously.
- New carpet in bedrooms
- New laminate in hallways and living room (really nice stuff and super durable to boot)
- Hung a bajillion pictures
- Garage is actually clean!
- Begun a fence project along one side of the house that was sorely needed (about 3/4 the way done)
So what’s left?
- Finish the fence (probably 1 more build-a-fence party until it’s complete)
- Remodel bathrooms
- Replace kitchen & dining room floors
- Replace kitchen counter and splash
- Reface cabinets
- Complete re-landscape of the yard
So there’s plenty to do. I hope to have the fence and 1 bathroom complete within the next 6 months but I guess we’ll see how things end up.
