Really funny… really scary
Ok it’s not always fun to laugh at people while they are down but this time I think it is. This guy is the poster child for why the housing market is so screwed up. Seriously. The 24 year old dude over the course of 1 year has: Quit his job Managed to get into $140K in unsecured debt Managed to get into 2.2 million in home loans with 6 properties The big shock? It was all done through stated income loans, with NO JOB. Some of the amazing math gymnastics are mind boggling. Something like over $200K in interest a year! Goodbye Lost Canyon!
Well I guess it’s only fitting the first blog post starts at the end of living at Lost Canyon Rd. In Fair Oaks Ranch. Escrow closed 2 weeks ago this Friday. While I feel immensely blessed that were lived there I am glad to moving onto the next phase in our life. In a shock of the century turns out that the whole “Community Living” isn’t exactly my thing. Some of the neighbors were a real test of my patience and test of faith in God. No joke. People never cease to amaze me with how inconsiderate they can be. Never the less I praise God that we were able to sell our Condo is his perfect time and for giving me a lesson in patience and in again relying on Him for supply my every need.
